I was skeptical about telling my parents about the new sleep pattern experiment. Maybe i'd just sneak around with my naps and be real quite during my late night hours, at least until I became adjusted to the new schedule and could show them that it wasn't a stupid idea. Well, I decided that I'd let them know tonight, the first night. What are they going to do, say no? That's crazy, right? Well, they did. I am actually banned from switching to a biphasic sleep cycle.
