Nick: Seventh Day, Nap

My naps are starting to be awesome. Although I do still feel a bit tired all day, it really starts to hit me between 5 and 6, just in time for my nap at 6:30. And when I awake at 8 I am good to go for the rest of my waking hours.

Kevin: No Phase, 38 Waking Hours

It's now been about 38 hours since I'v gotten any form of shut-eye. I had a big cup of coffee at around 7am, but I still felt groggy all day. However, after 5pm I started feeling better. It is now 9:26 and if I didn't know I had stayed up all night last night, I wouldn't have guessed it. Hopefully I'll be able to get to sleep easily tonight. I don't feel tired in the least. My guess is that tomorrow morning will suck. A lot.

John: Seventh Day, Bad Streak

I'm bad at this. Today was my third or fourth consecutive time sleeping in on the 3-6 portion. Dammit!

Other than that I've been doing well: nap works out well, falling asleep quickly, feeling energized throughout the day. I will be brainstorming about different ways to make sure I wake up.

Nick: Seventh Day, Morning

The weirdest thing just happened. I woke up a couple minutes ago around 6:05am. I looked at the clock and saw that it was 6 and immediately assumed it was 6pm and my clock had somehow been set two hours behind (I thought I was waking up from my early evening nap, not my 3 hour chunk of sleep). I was confused until just a moment ago who I realized what was actually going on.

I have been sleeping pretty well.. Falling asleep within 15 minutes of getting into bed. I'm going to go get in the shower right now, I'll report on how I feel today later.

Kevin: No Phase

I couldn't sleep tonight. I stayed up until 2 studying. I laid awake in bed for about an hour and a half, and at around 3:30am I decided that I would just be teasing myself with 3 hours of sleep, so I gave up trying. As I am still on a monophasic sleep cycle, this was my 1 shot at sleep for today, and I missed it. Oh well, we'll see at school today how well a nophasic sleep day goes. Hopefully I'll get a nap in later today.
