I fell victim to the exact same trap Johnny did this morning. "I can lay down in bed for a couple more minutes.. I won't fall asleep." Bleh! 45 minutes, just like Johnny. This is the first time I've messed up in the past 4 days though, and it's only 45 minutes so I should be good.
I've been feeling significantly better day by day. Less tired, less zombie, more alive. I'm really starting to enjoy my early evening nap. Before I would wake up feeling confused and groggy but now I'm starting to wake up feeling refreshed and ready for 7 hours of uptime. It's starting to look pretty good, maybe we'll achieve our goal of being adjusted (for the most part at least) by this coming weekend.
